Warlock’s Tower is a fun puzzle game that’s challenging, but not hard enough to rage quit. As a whole, the game is charming and it’s fun alone, with a friend, or on the go.

In conclusion, Warlock’s Tower is a simple, yet brilliant logic game with fun puzzles to enjoy during the 100 stage journey. It’s a simple concept that sticks to simplicity while not feeling repetitive nor hastily thrown together, the stages where you swap between characters are a ton of fun as well, and overall Warlock’s Tower is a Game Boy Puzzler tribute done justice, something that I was very pleased to see for a game I didn’t have much expectations for.

Warlock’s Tower doesn’t set the world alight, but it delivers a Game Boy-like retro experience which gives a fuzzy sense of nostalgia. It’s worth a look.

It may be a short journey to the top of the tower, but it's a fun, challenging journey you'll be glad to have embarked on. More: Sony and Microsoft's Partnership Doesn't Actually Exist Yet Warlock's Tower releases on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on May 29, 2019.

Over 100 stages of mind-boggling puzzles await anyone who decides to tackle Warlock's Tower. Depending on your patience and aptitude for problem-solving, this adventure could last for quite some time. In every respect, Midipixel has done a fine job. The charming visuals and great soundtrack accompany a wealth of challenging ordeals. Frustration and exhaustion are rarely a factor, because this puzzler never tries to do too much at once. Altogether, it's a worthwhile pick-up for genre fans.
