MONSTER
Georifters follows the heroes of five different bubbles worlds that have the rare ability to push push, flip, twist and turn the ground. One day, their lives are accidentally linked by a strange portal that appeared between their worlds, pushing them to step out of their bubbles as they face challenges and battle competitors. The adventure mode is available for solo players and trails a journey of discovery as the characters travel through the fantastical neighboring bubble worlds. Battle Race is a lively competition mode where up to 4 players can show off their skills as they go head to head at full speed, battling for crystals - and bragging rights.

Whether you go it alone or prefer playing with friends, Georifters offers oodles of puzzle fun set in a brilliantly lively world.Georifters gameplay video → Journey of the Broken Circle Review Switch ★★★★☆ Some indies make for great games to wind down with by offering relaxing and immersive gameplay so here's one such game. One look at Journey of the Broken Circle may lead you to believe that it's one of those pretentious indie games that tries hard to be artistic while illustrating a not-so-subtle message about some sort of contemporary issue but thankfully, it is not.

A fun, personality-filled puzzle-platformer that brings more to the table than you’d first expect. Despite technical imperfections on the Switch version, this is one to check out.

Georifters is fun for a time, and packs in plenty of levels. However, the gameplay shows its hand early on, and struggles to develop from there. It throws in some new bits and bobs as you play, but soon it becomes quite repetitive, and the levels start to feel like a bit of a grind.

There’s certainly a charm to Georifters, from it’s sickly sweet visuals and audio to the at times clever use of its mechanics across the campaign. Said campaign is far too long though, made all the more elongated by some stodgy controls that make the action feel far more unresponsive that it actually is. Fun for a few hours and when we can have mates over again, but we were stuffed long before clearing our plate.Become a Patron! Georifters has good ideas on paper but ultimately, it all feels rather tedious. If you’re searching for new kid-friendly multiplayer games, there are better experiences available and at a lower cost, making this hard to recommend by comparison. Should those options already be exhausted, Georifters does have some fun moments within its Adventure Mode co-op while the Battle Arena mode offers competitive fun. But ultimately, those seeking a new puzzle-platforming fix would be better off looking elsewhere.
