MONSTER
Deeper and deeper into an infinite basement of increasingly difficult enemies, how deep can you go? Pressure is a simple, high-score based arcade FPS with easy to learn but rewarding projectile mechanics. Search the maze-like floors for the green zone to drop into the next level and receive half your health back. Chaining combos of kills, hitting long range shots or bouncing shots off walls into enemies will also heal you. Enemies will hit harder and increase their spawns as you reach deeper and deeper floors. Watch out for harder enemy types as you go deeper.

Pressure provides gamers with entertaining shoot-em-up and arcade racing gameplay mechanics that are unfortunately overshadowed by repetitive level design. With the uninspired game design and lack of a real narrative, Pressure provides a mediocre experience at best. Rating: 6.5 Below Average * The product in this article was sent to us by the developer/company. About Author I've been writing for Gaming Nexus since 2011 and focus primarily on PC games and hardware.

All that being said, the core of Pressure is a fun ride. Good mechanics go a long way towards making a great action-racer, but the bumps along the road end up bogging this down at the end of the race. Reviewer and Editor for Darkstation by day, probably not the best superhero by night.

It doesn't do anything new or exciting, but nor does it offend in any great way. There are plenty of little mistakes, and just not enough to make them forgiveable. It's a pretty average game with decent presentation. For something a bit more time consuming or in depth, I'd look elsewhere. If you just want a distraction then maybe. Top Game Moment: Trundling across the finish line just as your pressure dies. It all starts with the evil Count, who has dried up your riverbed and ruined your early morning swim, all just to provide water for his new health spa.
