Lost in Harmony is a very ambitious title that mixes a surprisingly infectious soundtrack with frantic and fun rhythm-platformer gameplay. It’s one musical romp that’s great for rhythm game players of all sorts, and I can’t wait to see what DigixArt does next!

Even though it does get tough, I would still recommend this to everyone. With a story written by the co-creator of Valiant Hearts, music written by a wide range of composers and artists, and gameplay that lets you glide through such a well realised world, Lost in Harmony has found a perfect home on the Switch.

Regardless of what you’re looking for, Lost in Harmony does a good job finding different ways to appease players of different interests and skill levels. It’s also filled with catchy music and solid controls and, in the rhythm genre, there’s not much more you can ask for. Nintendojo was provided a copy of this game for review by a third party, though that does not affect our recommendation.

Lost in Harmony is a short experience, but the fabulous soundtrack and the story of Kaito and Aya are enough to make it a worthwhile one. Disclosures: This game is developed by Digixart/Midgard Studio and published by Plug In Digital.

Despite the fact that some art doesn't mesh well, Lost in Harmony: The Musical Odyssey is a beautiful rhythmic adventure that even a rhythm game amateur like myself can enjoy. Both story modes have a short yet satisfying plot with exciting music that really keeps the pace right where it should be. It's a game that was off of my radar initially, but I'm glad to have had the chance to jam out with Kaito and M.I.R.A.I.

Lost in Harmony is a charming game that is perfect for newbies and long-time players of rhythm games. The music fits the mood of both stories. However, with its limited amount of unlockables and levels in general, you will probably finish the game in a few hours. That might not be a bad thing for its $6.99 price tag on the Nintendo Switch. Lost in Harmony is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC. Though with its short and mobility focused nature, I highly recommend checking the game on on either Nintendo Switch or mobile devices.
