Overall, Freshly Frosted is a delightful game and has all a puzzle fan would need in a game. Decent puzzles that aren’t frustrating, chill music, and the narrator’s soothing voice make this one of my favourite puzzle games I have played this year. Though the game should come with a warning as it does leave you with a craving for doughnuts.

Freshly Frosted is a satisfying and charming puzzle game that has you putting frosting and decorations on doughnuts to deliver to hungry customers. With great music and visuals, and challenging puzzles this game really is a treat!

I should have known better than to doubt the minds behind Tumblestone (seriously, check that game out), but Freshly Frosted blew me away with how much I enjoyed it. This is a delectable artisanal puzzle game that absolutely should not be missed by anyone who is down for a relaxing time with some good brain-teasers.

Simple enough to grasp within seconds, complex enough to have you playing for hours on end. Freshly Frosted is a delicious delight. The puzzle scene is full of options.

You might think that a puzzle game built around factories would have an industrial theme, but that’s not the approach Freshly Frosted took. Instead, the game’s levels take place in a serene, ethereal space as the factories appear to float atop pastel-colored clouds. A narrator introduces each puzzle with dreamy musings on the nature and deliciousness of donuts. It all helps to make what is essentially an industrial puzzle feel light, dreamy, and relaxing. Well, except for the puzzle-solving portion of your brain, that will still get a good workout.

I’ve very much enjoyed my time with Freshly Frosted. It’s proven to be a nice game to unwind with after the work day, with challenges that are pitched just about right for the most part. Wrapped up in a cute and whimsical story and art style, this is a refreshing puzzler that stands out from the crowd.Become a Patron!
