The difficulty level is such that you're sure to get caught out on at least one or two of the puzzles, but the pay-off when you solve them heals the pain. It's not a 'classic' but there's a lot to do and there's plenty of fascinating places to explore.

There was nothing fun, enjoyable, or remotely redeeming about this game at all. The experience was akin to having a root canal.

Unbearably hard and quite frankly pointless puzzles and sub-par acting with sub-par characters leave this ring waiting to be destroyed in Mt. Doom. Sacred Rings is a sequel to 2004’s Aura: Fate Of The Ages, and picks right back up where Aura left off.

There's just not enough to attract a lot of people to this game. The story feels non-existent, the characters are dull, and the puzzles mind-numbing. Perhaps those who like extremely challenging puzzles in their games will enjoy The Sacred Rings.
