The Last Friend

The Last Friend is truly a gem. Polished gameplay, tight controls, superb, charming art, and just that wow factor that makes you want to play for hours on end. It’s one of those games that I hesitate to call perfect, but honestly, I can find so few flaws, I’m awfully tempted to. I’m already counting down the days until it comes out on the Switch so I can download it and have it on the go as well.

Honestly, The Last Friend is more like EVERY Last Friend. There are so many doggies to rescue and each one is just as adorable as the last. Every friend is a new team member and can be used to take down difficult enemies at a time. It’s just so much fun with the number of members you can place on the street to help you battle and how happy the dogs are when they get rescued. It’s just a fun game and very much one for dog lovers and those who are looking for a new reason to fight through challenging waves of enemies and save the planet!

Overall, Every dog lover at The Stonebot just showed how great man’s best friend truly is. There is love and care in almost every aspect of this game that will make The Last Friend stick with me for a long, long time. The Last Friend is available now on PC and will release on Nintendo Switch on April 21st, 2022. NOTE: My dogs are featured in the Hall of Fame.
