Race across the party board in Koopathlon, a series-first 20-player online competition to see who can rack up the highest scores in minigames like the fast-paced Lane Change. The higher your score in each round, the faster you’ll get to the goal. Koopathlon is just one of a slew of additional modes – there’s something for every kind of Mario Party player to enjoy!

Super Mario Party Jamboree is the best entry in the franchise yet and I recommend you pick it up this holiday. Even those who may not like the previous Mario Parties can enjoy different aspects of this game. Super Mario Party Jamboree was reviewed on a Nintendo Switch using a copy provided by Nintendo.

The best Mario Party experience a fan of the series will surely have, with many game modes available beyond the classic boards, plus a single-player mode for beginners getting used to the minigames. There’s something for everyone in this game. Even if you don’t like the randomness of regular Mario Party, you can always try out the Kooplathon or Rhythm Kitchen. The variety of modes combined with the mixture of old and new mini-games and boards makes this one of, if not the best, Mario Party ever made.

Mario Party Jamboree is one of the strongest titles the series has seen in a long time simply because it brings back everything that has made its best-selling games successful and offers you enough new modes, features, and content to keep it feeling fresh and exciting. Final Thoughts The game also rewards you for nearly everything you do in the form of achievements you can unlock that open up things for you to collect and purchase such as music, stickers, and new expressions or taunts you can pull off during games.
