Predictably Savage 2 has its detractors as well as its supporters, but there’s no denying that there’s absolutely no other game series out there that does what it does. If there’s anything that the sequel should have done better than the original, it’s shake the unnecessarily niche appeal it has – unnecessary because a well designed and comprehensive tutorial would have smashed that super-steep learning curve.
