For a game of such a low price point, I was staggered at how much fun I had with Ravenous Devils. Even after playing for around eight or so hours, I couldn’t help but think why they are charging so little for such a unique take on the genre. Fans of games like this will quickly become hooked on the rinse and repeat mechanics but increasingly utilising the upgrades to turn more profit and a successful business. Sadly I became disappointed that the longevity doesn’t surpass much beyond the integrated story.

The gore may be too extreme and nauseating at times, but the decent animations, nice-looking restaurants, and compelling narrative kept me pushing through to the last cuts. Ravenous Devils is unlike anything out there, and it won’t be for everyone, but there’s no denying that it’s a nicely made and oddly enjoyable experience.

Ravenous Devils offers a rather short and non-replayable experience for one or two nights, but at the right price. I would like to put a separate plus for the courage of the idea and concept. At the very least, this is something out of the ordinary. I can’t particularly recommend it, but if you just unload your brain or get distracted, then it’s quite suitable for yourself.
