Patch Quest is a game full of exploration and a huge variety of creatures and plants to collect. Just because it looks cute doesn’t mean it is easy, like other twin-stick shooters you will find yourself in bullet hell a lot!

Patch Quest manages to be very competent both as a roguelike and bullet hell, but compromises some of the qualities that both genres have. Patch Quest was reviewed on Microsoft Windows using a game code provided by Curve Games.

Patch Quest is an indie shooter with a monster-taming system that creates a nonviolent, endearing experience for players of all ages. Content Guide Spiritual Content: While not outright stated during the review’s playtime, the main enemy appears to be an evil spirit or demon. Violence: The player shoots most of the game, but no harm is inflicted on the monsters.
