Overview

Neon Chrome is a ruthless top-down cyberpunk shooter with rogue-like elements. The game takes place inside an arcology – a massive sci-fi mega structure. Every gaming session is different as large parts are randomly generated. Blast your way through walls with guns and cybernetic abilities and try alternate approaches with different roles like the Hacker or the Cyber Psycho. Upgrade your character stats, discover new cybernetic enhancements and build up strength to finally stop the Overseer. Every death is a new beginning – the path to stopping the Overseer is never the same.

As long as you can look past a few design flaws and don’t mind slightly dated graphics, Neon Chrome is a game for anyone who wants strategy and destruction in a single package.

Neon Chrome, is a superbly challenging, but rewarding experience. It may not be the prettiest game, but with it’s addictive RPG mechanics, large variety of strategic options in both roles and weapons, and fantastic cyberpunk atmosphere, I can wholeheartedly recommend Neon Chrome to anyone who might be interested in giving it a try. Overall, Neon Chrome possesses such a level of quality to every gameplay element that comparisons can unbelievably be drawn to an enhanced Alien Breed and Crusader: No Remorse, therefore Neon Chrome is highly recommended and is now without doubt 10Tons’ best game, especially to fans of top-down shooters and 10Tons’ previous best game Crimsonland.
