MONSTER
Killzone Shadow Fall Intercept places you and up to three of your friends on the elite VSA team known as Intelligence Squad Alpha. Operating behind enemy lines, your team must relay intercepted military transmissions back to VSA headquarters through a set of captured Uplinks, while defending them from Helghast troops. To keep the enemy at bay long enough to establish a secure connection, you will have to master your assigned Combat Role — Assault, Marksman, Medic or Tactician — and work together as a team. Your AI-controlled Helghast opponents have their own sets of goals and Combat Roles, and will switch up their tactics and angles of attack when they recapture an Uplink.

The Intercept DLC pack may feel like something that should have launched with the base game, but it's a welcome addition. The forces are tough, and you can get all four classes to fairly equal ground. The only precautionary action one may need to take is to ensure that their friends also have this DLC, since the community is waning, but as long as you can get a crew of four together, you'll have fun with the Intercept DLC pack.

Killzone: Shadow Fall - Intercept's focus lies firmly on the franchise's fantastic gunplay, and it's all the better for it. Requiring a good amount of coordination and teamwork, the expansion won't suit everyone, but victory tastes all the sweeter because of its often intense difficulty. The DLC is let down by a dwindling online user base, but get a group of friends together, and the reasonably priced add-on will almost always hit the mark.
