If you’re a fan of platformers akin to the Donkey Kong Country trilogy or more recently Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair, I highly recommend Jet Kave Adventure. It’s a fun and addictive platformer with minor nuisances such as the flat soundtrack and the non-platforming sequences sorta break the flow of the game and aren’t as enjoyable; borderline frustrating. Jet Kave Adventure is a must-play and will is currently an early favourite for my top 10 of 2021.

Overall, Jet Kave Adventure isn’t going to surprise you, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good for a few hours of fun. If you like 2D platformers, or just want to look at some really impressive prehistoric environments for a nice lockdown-friendly change, you could certainly do worse than this.

Jet Kave Adventure is a rock-solid (pun intended) platformer that doesn’t outstay its welcome and offers addictive, retro-style gameplay. If you’ve ever enjoyed any of the Donkey Kong Country titles, Jet Kave Adventure is an earnest tribute that you’re sure to enjoy. * The product in this article was sent to us by the developer/company. Jet Kave Adventure is a fun action/platformer that anyone can enjoy. It’s a little on the short side (for the price) and could use some extra features to keep the player interested, but it looks great and is easy to play.

I absolutely love the level design, specifically the backgrounds, they are breath-taking! (Keanu Reeves breath-taking). When I saw the backgrounds it really made me want to fly off the path and explore, I think if the developers made either an open world or a free roam style game they would make beautiful levels with amazing skyboxes. Its definitely a kid friendly game that is easy to get used to, there are a few moments that get me a bit annoyed like the vehicle sections as they are not so easy to get used to.
