While it seems like an unassuming farming sim, it pretty quickly can morph into something darker There are absolutely games out there in the eShop that are better on paper or in concept than in ultimate execution.

Bem Feito tries to be one of those games that want to subvert your notions on following rules and whatnot, but it’s not subtle at all, nor scary, and even less thought-provoking. I appreciate the attempt, but this game needed some extra time in the oven, as well as more meat in its bones in order to actually become memorable and engaging.

Overall, Bem Feito would be a really good first chapter of a game. It’s easy to get hooked by its mysteries at first, as you keep wanting to see what else there is, but the fact that there’s nothing else afterwards is pretty disappointing. There was clearly a lot of effort put into the game’s assets, both the ones made for the OS and the ones made for the in-universe ROM, but it largely feels like an underdeveloped premise due to its short runtime.
