Overview

Continuing on the choices from previous two episodes, New World Order puts a spotlight on Bruce Wayne after his father's misdeeds were broadcast live on TV. The board of directors of Wayne Corporation voted to remove him as acting CEO and temporarily place none other than Oswald Cobblepot, who nobody knows is the actual Penguin, a terrorist behind the attack on the TV station, as acting CEO. Oswald seems to enjoy his new role and doesn't let Bruce leave the office gracefully.

The end of this episode is very much an unexpected twist, and it leaves things on a big cliffhanger for the events of Episode 4 to unravel. Let’s just say that after the final part of Episode 3, things will never be the same for Bruce Wayne or Batman. I really liked this episode, and can’t wait to see what Episode 4 brings!

Gotham's underworld looms even larger over Batman. Bruce Wayne has become a public outcast, Harvey Dent is gearing up for his run as Mayor... things are looking bleak. 4.3 Bat Again I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… damn you Telltale games! Yet again I fire up another episode in the Batman series and before long I’m left hanging as to what is going to happen next.

The New World Order at the beginning can be uninteresting and dull without any flavor because of the poor intro sequence; this, however, changes along the way. The episode starts to be engaging at the first few acts slowly, and leaves you at a very interesting cliffhanger that makes you want Episode 4: Guardian of Gotham to come out sooner.
