Aniquilation is a twin-stick shooter that seems to have forgotten it is a twin-stick shooter, or that putting so much mayhem on the screen at once doesn’t always equal fun. Shooting seems to be the attack I am using the least and although the game looks pretty enough it’s not really a joy to play for me.Become a Patron! This game was tested and reviewed on Xbox Series X/S.

I enjoyed my time with ANIQUILATION as it's a solid twin-stick shooter that will have you mastering planets filled with dastardly foes.ANIQUILATION gameplay video → More twin-stick shooters Encounters: Music Stories Review Switch ★★★☆☆ Rhythm games come in many different varieties but I've never played anything quite like the charming Encounters: Music Stories. Encounters: Music Stories is a simple game to play as all you do is tap the shoulder triggers or shake the Joy-Con controllers to the onscreen prompts.

On arrival, I had a sense of hope and promise for the twin-stick shooter, Aniquilation, but was left with an “oh well” experience. With a little refinement, it has the potential to be a really fun game with some interesting aspects. As it is, the game leaves too much to be desired.
